"They always have my dog’s meds"
I’ve checked a few places before, but this one always seems to have my dog’s medication when I need it. Such a relief because running out is... not something I want to deal with. Found what I needed and the whole thing was easy.

My order showed up with pretty much everything I remember picking, and I didn’t notice any mix-ups or missing items. The meds matched the prescription as far as I could tell, and the amounts looked right too.
I’ve had a few issues with other pet sites in the past, so I was glad this one felt easy and accurate overall. I’d probably use them again next time

"Way better prices than my vet, honestly"
I needed to refill my pet’s meds and, of course, the vet office price was higher because apparently everything pet-related has to cost a small fortune now. I found the same meds for less here, shipping was totally fine, and I ended up saving a few bucks without any hassle. Not exactly life-changing money, but still, why pay more for the exact same thing? I’ll probably use them again.

"Delivery's been reliable tbh"
I’ve ordered my dog’s meds from them a few times now, and the shipping has been mostly on time. One box showed up like a day later than it was supposed to, but it wasn’t a big deal or anything. The tracking updates were clear enough too, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. Overall, dependable for regular refills, atleast in my experince.

They kept me in the loop the whole time, from the vet approval to when it shipped. I never really had to guess—well, I didn’t have to wonder what was going on with my order. It showed up when they said it would, and the whole process was easy overall.

"Pretty smooth process with the vet approval"
I ordered through them for the first time and, overall, it was a easy experience. The part I appreciated most was that they reached out to my vet for the approval, so I didn’t have to spend time calling the office myself or trying to follow up on it. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, which was mildly annoying, but not a huge deal. Once everything was approved, the order shipped without any problems and arrived as expected. So in the end, I’d say it was a good experience and I’d probably use them again.

I ended up canceling my order, which was kind of a letdown, but the refund came through without any hassle. So while I’m not thrilled it didn’t work out, I did appreciate that the refund process was smooth

I’ve been using Vets First Choice for my dog’s meds on autoship, and it’s been hassle-free. I needed to change the ship date once, and I was able to do it myself without calling anyone, which I really appreciated.
They also send reminders before the order goes out, so I’m not getting surprised by a charge. I paused it once when we still had enough meds left, and that was simple too, if that makes sense. Overall, no real complaints from me...

"Nice support, but way too slow and policy excuses didn’t help"
I had to reach out to vetsfirstchoice.com about an issue with my order, and it took longer than it should have to get a real answer. The customer service person was polite enough once they replied, but I had to follow up before anything was actually clear. What annoyed me more was that it felt like they leaned on little policy loopholes instead of just helping fix the problem quickly. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was frustrating and slower than expected. They’d be a lot better if they responded faster and didn’t make customers feel stuck in the fine print.
